Import Contacts

NextCRM allows you to import contacts using a CSV file.

This is useful when you already have contacts from another CRM, email tool, spreadsheet, or offline database.

How to import contacts

1. Go to NextCRM → Contact Settings → Import.
2. Select the Contacts tab.
3. Click Select CSV.
4. Upload your CSV file.
5. Click Upload Contacts.

Make sure your CSV file includes clean and valid contact data before importing.
