The Automation Settings page controls default automation behavior, cron job settings, WordPress user sync, and Fluent Forms sync.
You can access it from:
WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Automation Settings
or:
NextCRM → Settings → Automation
Basic Settings
Basic Settings control how automation drafts are saved.
Enable Auto Save Automation
When enabled, NextCRM automatically saves automation changes while you are working.
This helps prevent losing your workflow if the page reloads or you leave the builder accidentally.
Time Interval for Auto Save Automation
This field controls how often automation changes are auto saved.
Example:
10000
The value is used as the auto-save interval.
Set the value to 0 to disable auto save.
Cron Job Settings
Cron Job Settings help NextCRM run automation tasks automatically.
Cron URL
The Cron URL is used to process automation tasks.
You can copy the Cron URL from the settings page and add it to your server cron job.
This is useful when you want more reliable automation processing instead of depending only on WordPress visits.
Copy Cron URL

Then add the URL to your server cron job system.
A server cron job is helpful for:
