The Campaigns section is where you create, manage, and track email campaigns inside NextCRM.
A campaign can be used to send email messages to selected contacts, lists, tags, customers, leads, or subscribers. From this page, you can create new campaigns, check campaign status, search existing campaigns, and manage campaign actions.
You can access it from:
WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Campaigns

Campaign Table Overview
The campaign table shows all saved campaigns in one place.
Common columns include:
- Title
- Total Recipients
- Type & Info
- Status
- Created At
- Action
Each row represents one campaign.
For example, you can quickly see whether a campaign is a one-time campaign, how many recipients it has, whether it is still in draft, and when it was created.
Search Campaigns
Use the search field to find a specific campaign.
This is useful when you have multiple campaigns and need to find one quickly by title.
Filter Campaigns
You can filter campaigns by status.
For example, you can filter campaigns to view:
- Draft campaigns
- Active campaigns
- Completed campaigns
- Failed or paused campaigns, if available
This helps you manage campaigns more easily as your campaign list grows.
Campaign Actions
The action menu allows you to manage a campaign.
Depending on the campaign status, available actions may include:
- Edit campaign
- Duplicate campaign
- View campaign
- Delete campaign
- View report
- Send or schedule campaign
Use the action menu to control each campaign individually.
