Automation Overview

The Automation section helps you create automated workflows inside NextCRM.

An automation starts with a trigger. After the trigger runs, NextCRM can perform one or more steps such as sending an email, adding a tag, updating contact status, waiting for a delay, checking a condition, sending SMS, or ending the funnel.

You can access Automation from:

WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Automation

What You Can Do From the Automation Page

From the Automation page, you can:

  • View all automations
  • Search automations by name
  • Filter automations by status
  • Create a new automation
  • Check automation trigger action
  • View automation type
  • Check automation status
  • Edit or manage automation actions
  • Review when an automation was created

This page works as the main automation management area of NextCRM.

Automation Table Overview

The automation table displays all saved automations in one place.

Common columns include:

  • Title
  • Action
  • Type
  • Status
  • Created At
  • Action Menu

Each row represents one automation.

For example, you can quickly see the automation title, trigger action, whether it is active, and when it was created.

Search Automation

Use the search field to find a specific automation.

This is helpful when you have many automations and want to find one by title.

Filter Automation by Status

You can filter automations by status.

For example, you can view:

  • Active automations
  • Draft automations
  • Paused automations, if available
  • Completed automations, if available

This helps you manage automation workflows more easily.

Automation Status

The Status column shows whether an automation is active or not.

An Active automation can run when the selected trigger happens.

Before making an automation active, always review:

  • Trigger
  • Steps
  • Conditions
  • Email content
  • Delay timing
  • Contact updates
  • Final action
