After creating a form, you can place it on your website or copy the embed code.

You can access embed options from the Forms table action menu.

Copy Embed Code

To copy the embed code:

1. Go to NextCRM → Forms.
2. Find the form you want to use.
3. Click the three-dot action menu.
4. Click Copy Embed Code.
5. Paste the code where you want to display the form.

Use this option when you want to place a form manually.

• External pages, if supported by your embed setup

Manage Forms

The Forms table action menu allows you to manage each form.

Available actions include:

• Edit
• Setup Form
• Copy Embed Code
• Duplicate
• Deactivate
• Delete

Edit

Use Edit to update the basic form settings.

This includes form title, type, display rules, assigned status, assigned type, lists, tags, and embed settings.

Setup Form

Use Setup Form to open the drag-and-drop form builder.

This is where you add fields, columns, sections, and content elements.

Copy Embed Code

Use Copy Embed Code to copy the form embed code.

You can paste this code into a page, post, custom section, or supported location.

Duplicate

Use Duplicate to create a copy of an existing form.

This is useful when you want to create a similar form without starting from scratch.

Deactivate

Use Deactivate to stop a form from being active without deleting it.

This is useful when you want to pause a form temporarily.

Use Delete to permanently remove a form.
