The Contacts section is where you manage all people stored inside NextCRM.
A contact can be a subscriber, customer, lead, client, partner, or any other person connected to your business. From this page, you can view contacts, search contacts, filter contacts, add new contacts, and manage basic contact records.
You can access the Contacts page from:
WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Contacts
What You Can Do From the Contacts Page
From the Contacts page, you can:
- View all saved contacts
- Search contacts by name or email
- Filter contacts by list, tag, status, or type
- Add a new contact manually
- View contact details
- Manage contact actions
- Check contact status and type
- Review when a contact was created
This page works as the main contact management area of NextCRM.
Contact Table Overview
The contact table shows your saved contacts in a structured list.
Common columns include:
- Contact
- Contact Type
- Status
- Created At
- Action
Each row represents one contact.
For example, you can quickly see the contact name, email address, contact type, subscription status, and when the contact was added.
Search Contacts
Use the search field to quickly find a contact.
You can search by:
- Contact name
- Email address
This is helpful when your contact list grows and you need to find a specific contact faster.
Filter Contacts
NextCRM includes filter options to help you organize large contact lists.
You can filter contacts by:

- Tag
