Create Form

The Create Form option allows you to create a new form inside NextCRM.

You can create a form from:

WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Forms → Add New

or by clicking the Add New button from the Forms page.

When you click Add New, a form creation popup will appear.

The popup includes:

• Title
• Form Type
• Display Rule
• Assigned To
• Generate Embed Code
• Append Element
• Add Forms button

These options control how the form will be created, where it will appear, and how submitted contacts will be assigned.

Form Title

The Title field is required.

Use a clear title so you can identify the form later.

Example form names:

Newsletter Signup Form
Homepage Lead Form
Pricing Page Form
Popup Offer Form
Contact Request Form
Course Inquiry Form

A clear title makes it easier to manage forms when you have multiple forms.
