The Automation Builder is where you design the full workflow after selecting a trigger.
You can add steps under the trigger and control what happens next.
You can access the builder after creating or editing an automation.
Builder Layout
The builder shows the automation as a visual flow.
A basic automation may include:
Trigger

Send Email
↓
Delay
↓
Condition
↓
Next Action
Each automation starts with one trigger.
After that, you can add multiple steps depending on your workflow.
Trigger Card
The trigger card appears at the top of the automation.
It shows:
- Trigger source
- Trigger name
- Active count
- Completed count
- Action menu
Example:
WordPress
Create WP User
This means the automation starts when a WordPress user is created.
Add Step Button
Click the green plus button to add a new step.
Available step types include:
- Action / Goal
- Delay
- Condition
Each step changes how the automation behaves.
Save Automation
After editing your workflow, click Save.
Always save after adding or changing automation steps.
Step Action Menu
Each step includes an action menu.
Depending on the step, you may be able to:
- Edit the step
- Duplicate the step
- Delete the step
- Configure step settings
Use the action menu carefully, especially in active automations.
