Lists are used to organize contacts into groups.
A list usually represents a larger audience group. For example, you may have separate lists for newsletter subscribers, customers, leads, or course students.
You can access lists from:
WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Contacts → Lists
or:
NextCRM → Settings → Lists
When to Use Lists
Use lists when you want to group contacts by audience type.
Example use cases:

Lists make it easier to organize contacts and send campaigns to the right audience.
