The Automation Logs & Reports section can be used to understand how contacts move through automation workflows.
This page can show whether an automation step is active, completed, or waiting.
What Automation Reports Can Help You Check
Automation reports can help you understand:
- How many contacts entered an automation
- How many contacts completed a step
- Which steps are active
- Which steps are completed
- Whether an automation is working correctly
- Whether delay or condition steps are behaving as expected
Active Count
The active count shows how many contacts are currently active in a trigger or step.
Use this to understand how many contacts are still moving through the workflow.
Completed Count
The completed count shows how many contacts have completed a trigger or step.
This helps you review whether contacts are progressing through the automation.
Why Automation Logs Matter
Automation logs help you troubleshoot workflows.
For example:
- If contacts are not receiving emails, check the email step.
- If contacts are stuck, check the delay step.
- If contacts are going to the wrong branch, check the condition.
- If automation is not running, check cron job settings.
- If form contacts are missing, check form sync settings.
Logs make it easier to find where the issue is happening.
