Email Templates & Editors

The Email Templates section allows you to create reusable email layouts for campaigns and sequences.

You can create separate templates for header, body, and footer. This helps you keep your email design consistent across different campaigns.

You can access it from:

WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Campaigns → Email Templates

What Email Templates Are Used For

Email templates help you save time when creating campaigns.

You can use templates for:

  • Newsletter layouts
  • Promotional emails
  • Product announcements
  • Welcome emails
  • Footer sections
  • Brand headers
  • Reusable email blocks

Instead of designing a new email from scratch every time, you can select an existing template.

  2. Click Add New.
  3. Enter the template name.
  4. Select the template type.

Template Type

The Type option defines how the template will be used.

Common template types include:

  • More detailed email content

Page Builder

The Page Builder editor allows you to build emails with a drag-and-drop interface.

  • Columns
  • Layout elements
