The Mail Box Settings page allows you to connect SMTP mailboxes for sending campaign emails.
You can access it from:
WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Campaign Settings → Mail Box
Why Mail Box Settings Are Important
NextCRM uses SMTP mailbox settings to send campaign emails.
A properly configured mailbox helps improve sending reliability and makes sure emails are sent from the correct sender account.
Add Sender Mail
To add a new sender mailbox:
- Go to NextCRM → Campaign Settings → Mail Box.
- Click Add Sender Mail.
- Enter SMTP details.
- Save the mailbox.
SMTP Host
The SMTP Host is the mail server address.
Example:
smtp.gmail.com
smtp.mailgun.org
smtp.yourdomain.com
Use the SMTP host provided by your email service.
SMTP Port
The SMTP Port is required for connecting to the mail server.
Common SMTP ports include:
587
465
Use the port recommended by your email provider.
Email or Username
Enter the email address or username used to log in to the SMTP account.
Example:
[email protected]
Password
Enter the SMTP password or app password for the email account.
For services like Gmail, you may need to use an app password instead of your normal account password.
From Name
The From Name is the sender name shown to recipients.
Example:
ThemeDev Team
NextCRM Support
Use a recognizable name so subscribers know who sent the email.
Set as Bounce Email
You can enable Set as bounce email if this mailbox should be used for bounce handling.
When selected, this email may be used as the reply-to or bounce-related address for campaigns.
Save Mail Box
After entering the SMTP details, click Save.
Once saved, the mailbox can be selected in Campaign Sender Settings.
