Setup Mapping

The Setup Mapping section helps you connect old lists and tags with the correct NextCRM lists and tags.

This is especially useful when migrating from FluentCRM or another existing CRM structure.

List Mapping

List mapping allows you to match old source lists with NextCRM lists.

Example:

Source List: Segment1
NextCRM List: Newsletter Subscribers

Source List: Segment2
NextCRM List: Website Leads

This helps make sure contacts are assigned to the correct lists after migration.

Tag mapping allows you to match old source tags with NextCRM tags.

Example:

Source Tag: tag1
NextCRM Tag: New Lead

Source Tag: tag2
NextCRM Tag: Product Interested

This helps keep your contact segmentation clean after migration.
