The Previous NextCRM tab allows you to import data from an older or previous NextCRM setup.
Use this option when you already used NextCRM before and want to move previous data into the current NextCRM system.
Available Data From Previous NextCRM
You can select different data types for migration.
Available options may include:
- Lists
- Tags
- Contacts
- Templates
- Campaigns
- Automations
- Forms
Each item shows a count beside the name. The count shows how many records are available for migration.
Example:
Lists (0)
Tags (0)
Contacts (0)
Templates (0)
Campaigns (0)
Automations (0)
Forms (0)If the count is 0, there is currently no available data for that item.
When to Use Previous NextCRM Migration
Use this option when:
- You updated or reinstalled NextCRM
- You moved from an older NextCRM setup
- You want to restore previous CRM data
- You need to bring old forms, campaigns, or automations into the current system
Before migrating, review which data you really need.
