The Manage Webhooks section allows you to view and manage webhook events inside NextCRM.
You can access it from:
NextCRM → Settings → Webhook & API → Create & Manage → Add Webhook
What Webhooks Are Used For
Webhooks allow NextCRM to send data to another URL when a selected event happens.
For example, when a new contact is added, NextCRM can send data to another app, automation platform, or custom endpoint.
Webhooks are useful for:
- Sending contact data to external tools
- Triggering workflows in another system
- Updating a custom database
- Sending data to automation platforms
- Notifying another application when CRM events happen
Manage Webhooks Table
The Manage Webhooks table includes columns such as:
- Webhook Name
- Event
- Created
- Status
- Action
Each row represents one webhook.
Webhook Name
The webhook name helps you identify what the webhook is used for.
Example names:
New Contact Webhook
Lead Sync Webhook
Pabbly New Contact
External CRM Update
Contact Status Sync
Use clear names so you can manage webhooks easily.
Webhook Event
The event defines when the webhook should run.
Example:
New Contact
This means the webhook will run when a new contact is created.
Webhook Status
The status shows whether the webhook is active.
An active webhook can send data when the selected event happens.
If you do not want a webhook to run, deactivate it.
