The Migration section helps you move CRM data into NextCRM from supported sources.
You can use migration when you want to import existing CRM data, move data from a previous NextCRM setup, or bring selected data from FluentCRM into NextCRM.
You can access Migration from:
WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Migration
or:
NextCRM → Settings → Migration
What You Can Do From Migration Settings
From the Migration Settings page, you can:
- Migrate data from a previous NextCRM setup
- Migrate data from FluentCRM
- Select which data types you want to migrate
- Map old lists to NextCRM lists
- Map old tags to NextCRM tags
- Choose whether to delete old data after migration
- Run the migration process
Migration helps you move existing data without creating everything manually again.
Available Migration Sources
Based on the current Migration Settings page, available sources include:
- Previous NextCRM
- FluentCRM
Choose the correct source before selecting data.
