The Forms section in NextCRM allows you to create and manage forms for collecting contacts from your WordPress website.
You can use forms for newsletter subscriptions, lead generation, contact requests, product interest, course signups, service inquiries, and popup opt-ins.
You can access Forms from:
WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Forms
What You Can Do From the Forms Page
From the Forms page, you can:
- View all forms
- Search forms
- Filter forms by status
- Create a new form
- Check total contacts collected by each form
- View form type
- Check form status
- Edit a form
- Set up form fields
- Copy embed code
- Duplicate a form
- Deactivate a form
- Delete a form
The Forms page is the main area for managing all NextCRM forms.
Forms Table Overview
The forms table shows saved forms in one place.
Common columns include:
- Title
- Contacts
- Type
- Status
- Created At
- Action
Each row represents one form.
For example, you can quickly see whether a form is a general form or a popup form, how many contacts it collected, and whether it is active.
