The Create Campaign option allows you to create a new email campaign inside NextCRM.
You can create a campaign from:
WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Campaigns → Add New
or by clicking the Add New button from the Campaigns page.

When you click Add New, a campaign creation popup will appear.
The popup includes:
- Title
- Header Templates
- Body Templates
- Footer Templates
These fields help you create the basic campaign structure before editing the email content.
Campaign Title
The Title field is required.
Use a clear title so you can easily identify the campaign later.
Example campaign titles:
- Summer Sale Campaign
- New Product Announcement
- Weekly Newsletter
- Abandoned Cart Follow-up
- Course Launch Email
The campaign title is mainly used inside your dashboard for management.
Header Template
The Header Templates option lets you select a saved header template for your campaign.
You can select:
- No Header
- Existing header template
Use a header template when you want the same logo, brand area, or top section across multiple campaigns.
Body Template
The Body Templates option lets you choose the main email body template.
This is the main content area of your email campaign.
You can select the default template or any saved body template.
Footer Template
The Footer Templates option lets you choose a footer for your campaign.
You can select:
- No Footer
- Existing footer template
A footer usually includes unsubscribe links, company information, address, or legal text.
Add Campaign
After entering the title and selecting templates, click Add Campaign.
NextCRM will create the campaign and open the editing area where you can build or edit the email content.
