The Import Contacts option allows you to upload contacts into NextCRM.
This is useful when you already have contacts in another CRM, email marketing tool, spreadsheet, or CSV file.
You can access import options from:
WordPress Dashboard → NextCRM → Contact Settings → Import
Import Options
The import page may include tabs such as:
- Contacts
- Google Sheet
- Lists
- Tags
- Automations
Use the correct tab based on what you want to import.
Upload Contacts From CSV
To import contacts from a CSV file:
- Go to NextCRM → Contact Settings → Import.
- Select the Contacts tab.
- Click Select CSV.
- Choose your CSV file.
- Click Upload Contacts.
Before uploading, make sure your CSV file is properly formatted.
Recommended CSV Fields
Your CSV file may include fields such as:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Status
- Contact Type
- List
- Tag
- Mobile
- Country
- Region
- City
- Zip or Postal Code
Clean data helps prevent duplicate, invalid, or incomplete contacts.
Import From Google Sheet
The Google Sheet import option can be used when your contact data is stored in a spreadsheet.
Use this option when you want to bring contact data from Google Sheets instead of uploading a local CSV file.
