Subscribed
A Subscribed contact is active and can receive emails.
Use this status for people who have joined your list or agreed to receive communication.
Bounced
A Bounced contact means email delivery failed.
This can happen when the email address is invalid, inactive, or unable to receive messages.
Complained
A Complained contact means the contact has marked an email as spam or made a complaint.
This status helps you protect your sender reputation.
Pending
A Pending contact is not fully active yet.
This can be used for contacts waiting for confirmation, approval, or verification.
Unsubscribed
An Unsubscribed contact has opted out from receiving emails.
You should not send regular marketing emails to unsubscribed contacts.
